Notbad i like it
Notbad on this one, i like the circle effects you had going on with this, and the little character was funny, but i do believe it needs more stuff going on and not just the interactivity.
Add more stuff and more action play by the user

Some more intresting events, and of course, an actual game, and you've got something here.
I'm going to give a rating based on the promise, which is an 8, because it depends on how you're going to do this game.

just improve art
Great engine and animation. you need to improve art and presentation, or ask an artist to help you on it. althought could be used some plot or history

Looking forward to more than a test.
Your special effects are attractive without being overdone beyond the simple style of your art (Repeated a little much, but I can pardon that for a test), and the interface looks wonderfully sleek. You have excellent aesthetic sense and I hope to see more from you.
