Lack of detail really shows.
Way too much of this movie has characters running through completely featureless backdrops. I'm immediately feeling the sparseness in the scenery, it needs much more work. Using different fonts for each character the way you have is also just awkward, particularly with Sonic in sharp block letters compared to the softer, less formal lines on every other character. Whatever you're trying to convey about these characters by changing font for every one isn't coming across at all, just pick a good one and stick to it (The one you're using for Shadow wouldn't be a bad choice. It's readable and fits the tone).
Finally, before you go forward with that sequel you'd better have a damned good reason why this goes anywhere a billion other fanboy Sonic/DBZ crossovers haven't before you.
Well what can I say? Some people will like it and others will not. I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy it.

how many times have I seen a sonic sprite movie?
too many to count. though this one is better than most, it would be cool to see some of your own art instead. the sound was alright. the plot was average. I would say this flash is ok though nothing amazing.

awesome
that was a very well made sprite movie, i can see you are an amazing animator and i hope to see more amazing things come from you.
the part when knuckles died reminded me of iron giant and i think you should make a sequel. that was honestly, the best of newgrounds.
