A simple movie I made after making a Samus character model for no apparent reason. It was all for fun.

Enjoy!

pretty good

Good samus model and a predictable outcome, but sometimes that's a good thing. It's what made roadrunner cartoons funny!

Maybe spend a bit longer on backgrounds, but other than that it was a good short

Positivity and Listened

For what it's worth, it is a decent shorty. I actually like it. More specifically the sounds. Chalk up another on the fave list!

Eh..

You could've done something good with the concept, but as for material, you made it way too predictable. You might of pulled it off if it was just a little more graphically satisfying, but you just need to learn a little more and put more time into that too.

TheManlyStanley responds:

To be honest i put it together quick since i dont have much free time. If i had a lot of time i would have made the other idea i have for the series.

haha.. not really

whenwherewolves is right.. if your going to parody something as epic as this, at least make it good. I can see what he meant, maybe if you spent a little less time playing metroid in school and a little more time actually paying attention you would understand. Not bad art, pretty smooth animation, but EXTREMELY obvious.

obvious

Try to add a bit more of a surprise element. I felt like I knew what was going to happen as soon as it started. I love the game and frankly, I was a little insulted!

TheManlyStanley responds:

How are you insulted by a parody of something you had nothing to do with creating? I myself love Metroid. I sit in my classes playing it when my teacher cant see.
