hehe

ammusing and nicely written. The animation is decent and I love how the yellow balloon stands out in a grey world. Your art however needs a little work.

Wow.

My first impression was "this is going to be terrible". In the end though... I actually laughed! I don't know what encouraged you to make this but keep it up.
