My pet rat Shlomo was the model for the rat in this game.
At the end of each level is a fun fact about a different cheese from around the world.
I really enjoyed making the 42 different cheese icons.

Use the arrow keys to navigate the maze.
Find the cheese before the cheese award reaches zero.
Press the space bar to stand up and see the whole maze.

I see many puzzle games here

Smooth game play and a good copy of how I think a rat would actually move. I also like how you have to stand up to see the entire puzzle. This game really puts you in the perspective of a rat. It would we interesting if you could make the game where it was first person. Where when you stand up you can't quite see all of the map but enough to continue. Nonetheless a good game and very smooth flowing.

Good

A very good way to kill time if you have some!!! But I think the game get boring over the later cheeses since it's getting too long to even reach it. And the maze theme could use some variation. Overall, good game :D

Needs a little fix

Nice concept, I liked the mapping of controls to the rat movement especially, though it is not fluid, it resembles their actual movement quite a bit. As for some serious criticism: it's way too easy to skip past the cheese descriptions without intending to since just keeping the direction keys pressed will start the next level - it would be nice to be able to read any descriptions you've already seen at the main menu, as well as change the button to go to the next level from anything to a specific button.

Great Game but for one thing

The game is exellent. Very seamless and great animation. But the trumpet blasting every countdown was very annoying. Anyway to change that noise to something a bit softer. Perhaps a solo trumpet with the full blast on 0. That'll wake me up!
