Mario and his metal doppelganger face off, setting the stage for a brand new adventure.

****Note: If you go back to watch the previous episodes, don't judge this episode by the earlier episodes' quality. This series goes back to when I was just starting to use flash. In my opinion, the earlier episodes kinda suck.****

It's been about three months since the release of episode 4, and once again I feel I've improved. This is the final episode of the Prelude to Terror saga, and the series will continue in SMB2: The Arrival. I'm proud to say that this is the longest episode yet, spanning at about 15 minutes long. I even had to find a way to work around the 16k frame limit.

I also changed the dialogue so that it plays on its own without you having to press the space bar. The menu works the same as before: click on the icons instead of the words. The menu and main theme will change for each saga, so this is the last time you'll hear the same music and see the same menu.

As you may already know, this is based off of a long series of fan-fictions I wrote. The ending of this episode will set the stage for the rest of the season, and a lot of mysteries will be explained. This season will be a few more sagas long, leaving plenty of time for back-stories and the like.

Enjoy!

EDIT: I forgot to add a song to the credits. It comes right after the last song listed: Oath to Order (Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask OST) I'd edit the video file myself, but I kinda deleted it.

For Mario

This is a great series.

EPIC, AWESOME, AND TOTALLY BOSS! seriously, everything was great! accept for Yoshi's little lack of emotion when Mario was DYING. Seriously, Yoshi is way more emotional than you made him out to be, and last time I checked, YOSHI IS NOT THE AGE YOU THINK HE IS! 1: Yoshi would be crying like everyone else at Mario's death, Yoshi is just as close to Mario as Luigi or Peach is. 2: Yoshi is also a kid, (namely a 9 year-old) and he's not THAT mature,I mean yeah, Yoshi is kinda mature for a kid, but he's definetly not a teen or adult. also, the big Mario thing at the end was, kinda lame, I mean, it would've been so much deeper, and cooler if it was Mario giving thumbs up. but everything else, was totally awesome, and I must say, WOW. sorry if this seems kinda....jerk-like. I'm not hating this thing, it's awesome! but I wish those 2 problems didn't exist. but why was yoshi so....emotionless? Lack of sprites? I'm sure you could've made him a little more....real. but like I said: THIS IS AWESOME! AND EPIC! and I'm sorry again if I seem like a jerk, just stating my opinion, and thoughts.

You have a pretty descent animation here. An intresting story. Wonderful music selection. The fighting animation could be smoothed out a little bit but its complete bs thst this only has 2 stars. Please do not be discouraged by the rating you have real talent and a great series keep it up. You have made a fan!
