It was okay.
As far as length goes, this was better than some of your other shorts. However, I felt it could have been different.
Animation: Simple. No extreme detail, but it gets the job done.
Sound: I felt like someone was trying to rip my ears off when the driver was screaming. The voices don't really match well with the characters, and they all sound goofy. Other than that, no further complaints.
Humor: I don't understand the humor that well. Perhaps I just naturally dislike slapstick and didn't enjoy this. I felt that the humorous situations were forced and could have been better.
The replay value was not there. I found myself unable to watch this a third time (I normally watch flashes twice before reviewing).
However, I think the simplistic style is very distinct and impossible to copy. Props for that.
