An animated short film I did for the German electronic band mind.in.a.box.
I was actually personally recognized for this video by the group and received a letter of appreciation for this "fan-made work".

(this type of music is labeled under the genre of EBM, or electronic body music)
but for movie's sake, just watch it and try to understand the sci-fi story that is going on. (The artist has 3 cd's, and all of them are tied together through their songs like this one)
This is probably one of the most labor-intensive movies I've done.
ps This was also done on Flash 6 even though I now have Flash 8, so I didn't have access to the "special effects" that Flash 8 has to offer.

Very nice - says a metal head
im not going to judge bout the music, its your choise what u listen to and what u like (and btw. its listenable, althought its not my kind of music
but to the animation, its very nice done and i do like how the story flow goes along with the lyrics of the song, there should be more fans out there that do such great things for what ever they love

Fantastic stuff
The black and white imagery is really effective, especially with the sometimes bleak subject matter - and it's one of my favourite bands!
glad to find another m.i.a.b fan!!
I may plan on doing another video in the future with the Dead End song from the Dreamweb album.

Very well done
I only wish that at least half of the flashes submitted on NG were as well made, and given as much effort as ones like this. Very well made. Good art, some animations could be a bit smoother, but other than that, pretty well done. I love the evidence of the amount of effort presented in this. That and I'm a little bit of a sucker for EBM and Trance music

This Deserves to stay on newgrounds, this music reflects on our very own lives, because it shows the hardships and the unforeseen future, and the pursuit of joy and happiness
