Here's our Power of Three 2009 submission. Get ready to earn yourself some medals!

Master the worlds of Nature, Technology and the Supernatural and discover the meaning of the Paradox in this huge puzzle platformer. Watch out for roaming demons and mech bugs while you navigate the dynamic levels and uncover the purpose of the mysterious Changers. Try to figure out why things are never quite what you remember them being and use this knowledge to make your way through the world and confront the shadowy figure that keeps you from unlocking your full potential. Sponsored by and created by, and

Arrows or WASD to move, Up/W to jump, Down/S to use Changers or lower the camera. Avoid running into enemies or falling into bottomless pits. Find the trophy in each level to advance to the next. Wait a moment next to keys, doors or bridges for a hint on how to proceed. Ghosted keys cannot be picked up until you use the required Changer. Try completing levels faster for special medals. Getting hurt adds 10 seconds to the clock so watch out!

- The game is very tall, so press F11 to make your browser full-screen if the top or bottom is cutoff for you.
- The game's dynamic platforming engine may require you to lower the quality setting to improve performance on slower computers. Press the Q in the lower left corner to toggle between high, medium and low quality.
- Most earned medals will appear once you return to the map.
- Your progress will be saved in a Flash cookie so you can return to the site where you played the game before and pick up where you left off.

- 1/25/10 - There seems to be a problem with FireFox crashing with the latest version, though it works fine on IE. I'm looking into the problem and will release an update as soon as it's fixed.
- 1/8/10 - Version 1.41 fixes a problem that prevented players without a soundcard from being able to get passed the instructions or intro screens. Thanks goes to VengfuL for taking a couple hours out of his day to help me track this one down! Couldn't have done it without you! FYI to Flash developers, returns null if there's no sound card. :)
- 1/7/10 - Version 1.32 is live and should fix the following: Intermittently the player will fall through the floor on some computers but not others.

This Is A Basic Review

The artwork and animation are great, but truthfully a bit uninspiring... and this mainly is the fault of the animation itself. When your main character walks and the enemies move it seems a bit unrealistic and not even that awkward realistic cartoony feel either, it's like he's a robot or something. The controls work wonderfully, I have no complaints on jumping and moving these are wonderful. The gameplay however is hit and miss. It's a puzzle platformer much like the game Lode Runner where you have to dodge bad guys collect goodies and get the treasure at the end, however you tweaked it with this sort of time traveling deal changing the texture of the land and even the music with it. From peaceful village area, to medieval times, and future. It's all here. The sound is also hit and miss, there aren't many sound effects here and what's here isn't all that good, but the background music defitnitely makes up for it. Now there are some things I want to gripe about and that being that the hit detection of some of the enemies and obstacles is just stupid especially in later levels and even some of the earlier levels you're in narrow ways which isn't easy to navigate through to begin with... however it is nice that your health recharges over time.

Really Fun Game that kept me intersted but.....

So......Great puzzle plate-former. The idea of changing your surrounding worked perfectly and the game ran smooth as silk. As other have commented a sequel should be made here to remove the issues with this one. The obvious first one is the story sucked. I was hoping for cuts scenes at every level so that story really went some where. Unfortunately that just didn't happen. The story was just not there. As for gameplay.....while the game kept my interest until the very end, the game puzzles were very easy to solve. The hardest part was finishing a level without taking any damage. Unfortunately while I enjoy playing the levels. I was left with zero desire to replay any of the levels. You should make the path you need to take in the puzzles less obvious. It would be awesome if you created multiple paths to get to the end of the puzzle and possibly adding in other items to collect. So you could take teh shortest path or collect other items for bonuses you could come up with. As I said great game and well worth the playing, but is definitely only a one shot puzzler lacking replay value. I look forward to the follow up of this game.

awesome game but...

theres a few problems, like in lvl 5 i think. the lightbulb bugs had too much of a restricted path for you to jump thro. no matter what, the always hit me. i got up to the last one and it was too narrow of a jump area. maybe had it left the area and come back would have made it a much better game. all in all, great graphics, loved the music for a while, and the controls were simle enough for my little brother to play it.

Very nice. But.....

I hope that you make a sequel with more to the story, and hopefully more than just lifestyle changes for him to. Like maybe changing species or even gender. I could easily see part of it having guards in this one area that change based on the scene, but the guards be able to bypass if a girl due to them being lovestruck gentlemen in a "Lady's first" pose or "After you" pose. XD

Pretty damn impressed! The movements of your character was a bit awkward and some of your levels could have been designed better. Besides these two aspects of the game, I thought it was brilliant. Great attention to detail, very imaginative.
