It took a while to finish this one.
Still debating whether to add color to this. (if you want this in color though you should say so, and i'll probably do it if i'm not procrastinating)
I am horrible at lip syncing.

I've never heard this song before, and I probably wouldn't have enjoyed it without your video. Not much more I can say than what the guy below me said.

Good, you actuaelly have two options here to make this great. You could EITHER
A: add in a much more background and color
OR
B: keep everything black and white, have it go out to the rest of the song, and add a little more movement with the hands and such.
The lip synking was good, just remember to have them close their mouths when done talking.
All in all, good job.

I think that the initial picture seemed a tad overused(perhaps a different pose would be bettter?), but otherwise I think you did a great job with the usage of your artwork. I think adding color would be a great thing, and if you really want to go at it, you can add more backgrounds to the shots. as to the music, it seems to cut off a bit early, I personally would reccomend to let the song play a few seconds longer and letting it do a slow fade before the song reaches the second chorus. as is now it feels like a little bit sharp of a cut. Other than that, like you said, the sync is just a tad off. But in all honesty, you and your partner did a great job, and I hope to see more from the both of you.
