SYNOPSIS:
Johnny Salem is a man who has dedicated his life to protecting good humans and good Wiccans from evil Wiccan s (aka, witches, in layman's terms,) and evil humans. He travels the land, fighting these people, while searching for the one warlock that caused a tragedy to befall him in his past. However, when Johnny finally finds that said warlock, he learns that there is much more at stake than he could ever have imagined, as he must face his darkest fears and memories to save the world as we know it.
In this episode, Johnny finds the man called Hermit, who will tell him where the evil warlock is...with a catch.

I made this by drawing everything by hand with pencil and paper, inked it, then scanned it in to the computer where I colored and animated it in flash. It took about 6 months to complete, working on it on and off in between my schoolwork and my social life. I would've finished it sooner, but the first year of art school is hard! D: Well, anyways, i hope you like it.

Special thanks to Electricstar, Sapphire, and J. Kirk for their voice talents! I couldn't have done it without you.

not bad

Thanks for letting me voice in this first of all.

It was pretty good, the only problems i had was the screen being way too small and hard to see

if you need me to voice again in anything, lemme know

tcoffin responds:

thanks man, will do.

yeah, i'll definitely work on the screen, only reason i made it that way was to stop black edges around the screen from showing, i don't know, my flash does that for some reason...

Very ambitious

The art style is good and the plot definitely has a lot of quality and cinematic value to it. It's not perfect though. The animation is choppy at times and the moving backgrounds need a lot of work. Overall it's a very ambitious and quirky little animation and I'm inclined to watch the rest of it unfold. Keep up the good work and smooth the rough edges out.

tcoffin responds:

thank you!
i appreciate your constructive criticism.

but, and forgive my ignorance, what parts are quirky? Quirky means funny, right?
