it's really not that bad! but im sure you werent expecting a 10 out of 10? Have the NG Preloader page have a nice custom image, and make this a bit longer, with more information, and I'll give it a 7/10.
Could be more.
What kills it for me is that there is no sound. Even a simple background song would help alot. Sound effects would def make it better.
You could also lengthen it. Add a bit of a story.
