"Not stolen"
I contacted mochigames, another site where this game is hosted, and they told me that this game is not stolen. In fact, hands of war was either re-licensed or sold to someone, and they re-titled it and made a few basic changes. All 100% legal.
That being said, this game gets an 8/10-4/5 because I liked the original, but I still think the original author deserves all the credit.
"It's ok"
The game concept is pretty good. Although the really annoying/bad music loop needs tp be fixed.
