People...
Are you so dense that you didn't bother to even look up Doom: Repercussions of Evil yourselves? Its one of the most notoriously bad fan fictions on the internet. He didn't write the story, he animated it. So when you say DURP DERP TEH SCRIEPT WAS BAAAAD, then yes, yes it is, but he didn't write said script, so don't pin him for the poor writing ability. You gotta love how ignorant the average person is. The flash itself though was decent, nothing really spectacular, nothing truly bad. Art needs some cleaining up, get some better quality audio, maybe add some kind of stupid over the top music to match the story.

Really now...
Like Iceleaf said, low quality graphics, shitty plot and crappy english.
However, I think this could be awesome if you executed it in a different manner.
+Add some background music to make it more dramatic
+Improve on drawings, not nessecarily animation. Could do still-pictures with subtitles to immerse the viewer
+Expand a lot on the script.. I mean, really now.. "And he became a zombie."
+Darker environments
+Creepy radio static & the likes in the background
If you'd do this and keep the "you are the demon" moment you'd get one hell of a flash with an awesome mindfuck at the end.
Once again I did not write this, I only animated/voiced it.

IDK about that zombie part...
But from the narrative, I suspect that whoever wrote that was a 40K fan. Space Marines+Daemons=Warhammer I think. The last zombie part was a bit anticlimactic IMO but ah well :P

The dramatic reading combined with the animation were tres magnifique. Bravo, my good sir, bravo. You truly captured the...brilliance...of the writing.
