Watch all the way until you see The End. This is the 3rd PSA. I thought I'd make it extra bloody for halloween.
EDIT: just so no ones confused. I wrote the sketch. When I say "stole the idea from adultswim" I mean the idea for the part in the middle of all the PSA's with the white words and black backgrounds.

Too funny
I got a great laugh from this Halloween flash,the animation was decent but the voice acting was great and i loved the part with the guy coming out of the house shooting recklessly and even the end was hilarous too,you did a good job making this Halloween flash. =)
Nothing is too funny, unless you live on an island populated by people whith a rare disease that makes their heads explode when they laugh too hard.

Huh I didn't know that was from Adult Swim. Would have given you a higher score but you know. At the very least you animated it and did the voices so so. I liked the police officer's voice.
No, the Idea for the white words and black back ground in the middle of the cartoon is alot like the adultswim commercals. I wrote the sketch. the policemans voice is my normal voice.

Your drawing stile is simple but its enough for this joke. By the way: you could make the explainations in the middle a little shorter. Not that I hate reading (i hate reading! ^^ ) but it is a little bit too long. Maybe another "filler" because you need a break between the two parts of the movie.
Did you read kids shirt it says "poo" on it. No, you didn't and you problibly wont read this ether.
But, you're right I need to stop doing those stupid fillers.
