cool glitch
Press Tab a couple of times and you'll start getting descriptions of random things that aren't in the room then your cusor will turn into the shooting thing

secret medal get.
if you want to get the secret medal,go downstairs to the room with the tv,then click the 2nd drawer really fasts until you see a picture then you get secret medal.
