the point of rythym games is that you do things that are kinda based on the music.all u did here was putting piles in different directions to press while the music doesnt fit with it.you realy gotta fix that.

"In My Opinion . . ."

Although I am not a fan for rhythm / dancing / music games I know a good flash when I see it. There was a major glitch which was when I was playing the first level which resulted in the music randomly stop and start during the level. For the parts which did work, they were very enjoyable and there was a wonderful selection of songs. There are improvements which can be made such as investigating that strange glitch and improving the graphics slightly. Overall it is a very good flash and I am giving it (7 / 10) and (4 / 5).

The game is decent for a rhythm game. You a good start here. Good music and the controls work as they should.

I think you need to focus on polishing the menu screen, and the stage select, as well as the background in game.

"could have been better"

date: October 23, 2009

I mean, the game was there but it was lacking so much more.
for instance, the arrow animations were, well they were nonexistent. Arrows simply traveling upwards and disappearing don't really do the game justice.
Another thing, the game lacked variety. The arrows were always they same amount of time away from each other and there were no "hold arrows" or 2 arrows at the same time, etc etc
The visuals seem sort of tacky, what with some buttons actually looking like buttons, while others were grey boxes that turned green.
The backgrounds[background*?] were a letdown as well, there are many video clips that could have served better and even the backgrounds from the audio portal would have fit nicely.

GOOD THINGS about this game would have to be the achievements [although the lists and pages were asymmetrical, i wont criticize that because its simply a matter of choice of representation.]
The end-level screen with statistics is a big plus, it definitely helps.
The songs fit well with the game and 14 seems like a reasonable number to have.

bugs/glitches:
1. you can simply hold down an arrow key, and it will continually press it for you [this way you can never miss]
2. if 2 of the same directional arrows are in the target zone at the same time and you press the respective arrow key, both of the arrows will be registered as a hit. [however this may just be due to number 1]
