Animation and drawings might say it would look more artistic. But such a childish story with cheesy gore completely destroys it.
As I first saw it I thought- it might be some awesome animation, since it got such a music going. Maybe something classy or dramatic...

Instead stuff just go down. It got totally wierd when General and some "mega muscular monster" man comes in out of nowhere.. WHY!? where do they come from? Why you got that monster there, like some ANIME villians?
And then the ending, totally ruined it.

Dude! Utilize your animation skills. Looks awesome. But story is ... disaster, dude! ... Disaster!

Now that's an example of the Butterfly Effect! Well animated, though it ended rather abruptly.

I liked it, although, don't be lazy... it had good detail until toward the end. Go back through and add detail.

Also if you don't know about objects in flash try learning about them, they speed things up so that you only draw something like an arm once. instead of once per slide.

nice story (well, half story) i'm just not convinced by the canadian guys on south park flappy head talking, it does not match with the drawing style, and speaking of, some scenes are well drawn and some other ones look terrible.
I think you might have something there, just polish it a little.
