"Elephant?"
Well, I appreciate how you didn't actually show elephants doing anything bad to children. However, it still wasn't very enjoyable. I guess the music wasn't too bad, and the elephant was kind of well-designed, but there wasn't much going on. You should try adding a background in next time, as well as having more of a story with other characters and actions going on. It just didn't give me the feeling that it took a lot of effort to make. If you were planning on getting Turd Of The Week (as you say, "thank you") well, good for you, then.

This is not a good animation, and pulling a stunt like giving it the most offensive elephant-related title conceivable and labeling it "E" forfeits whatever points the animation may have earned on its own limited merits, especially since kids can read that filth while browsing "E" rated animations. Bad form.
