That's some goofy stuff, pretty funny.
Needs work.
Seems a bit rushed, and it looks like you drew the characters and backgrounds in a hurry. I mean, what's with the white backgrounds, the clouds flying at the speed of planes, etc...? It doesn't require much to add a blue sky and a little more detail. It's not that bad for your first animation though (most people tend to forget to use fbf in the beginning, and stick with tweening, but you've covered both), but it seems like you lack patience :)
