"Needs some improvements"

I think that you've grasped the basics of animation and now that you've done that, it's time to take it to the next level. Perhaps adding things like some better drawing would help you - use a smaller drawing tool and try zooming in to get a better degree of control, as when you zoom out, it will look so much better. Investing in a tablet might help as well.
You've done a decent job of cutting out around the photo of the fat guy, but as a result, you've lost something in the animation, particularly when he turns around and batters the other guy, it does make the piece look less impressive.
Making a few changes like that will help you to get a much more impressive piece, that you will get more plaudits for. Over the time that you spend on it, I hope that you will be able to make a few improvements for your next pieces that come into the portal.
