I haven't done a movie in years, so for Madness Day 2009, I created this tribute for the series. Animated @ 60 fps.
that is sooooo wicked like a cross between super smash bros and worms this would make a mad game. BUT i didnt like the style used for tricky it didnt seem right for some reason.other than that this is a masterpiece.thanks for returning mate!
To be Honest...
I am somewhat disappointed. The reason to that being that your previous movie Madness Deus Ex Machina is better. It's faster paced, its longer, it's clearer, has better body structure etc. I can understand you wanted to make this stylish however, you can barely see Hank, he's way too blended in with the foreground. Also the body style of Deus Ex Machina is more simple and is much more easy to see. I also wonder why it was at a slower pace. Comparing the speed of the fighting to MK vs SF3 would be like racing a parrot with a falcon. And what really did it for me was the ending. In Deus Ex Machina you knew it was ending, same with MK vs SF3. I know you may be saying that you wanted to make a sequel, but at least have some sort of emphasization on that last part like slow mo, or rising music to indicate some sort of cut. It just felt as if you did a whole movie, and just cut it automatically in between without no forewarning. Other than this the animation is just bad ass, the colours are great looking, great music, great action and you still amaze me with what you can do. I know I may say like a dickneck but it's just criticism to try to make you better at what your already good at doing.
This reminds me of the last entry you made, for pico day. Hope there's a part 2. It's just amazingly stunning.
Your style suits the Madness series well. The trails on Hank's claw and the clown's weapon were slightly distracting, but the movie was incredible otherwise.
The detail and colour and movements were amazing. The sound and music superb. My only complaint was the crazy fast camera kinda made it a little hard to concentrait on what was going on.
p.s Lol the bit where the generic guy blasts past the clown reminded me of SuperSmash Bros. love it. :)
Detective Nwar engages in modern nwarfare.
It's a picture that moves.
