Hmmm...
Well, the flash is not bad - but the humor here presented wasn't all that impressive. It really lacked in the audio department with quality at that. It needed some music, or even yet - some simple voicing acting of some kind.

Not bad.
I find that the animation is good since it was made with pencil.
But I don't know what's so funny about this because you choosen "Comedy - Original".
There was a sound that I found it was just wrong. That BEEP you hear when the mouse sees the cheese.

Nice
But the lack of story kinda sucks. I realize that you have to pretty much draw every frame from scratch, but seriously, only make pencil animations if you can put a lot of story into it.
Also, newgrounds is not really a place to put your first stuff.
