After 3 long years of sleepless nights and near fatal set backs, Exmortis 3 has finally been released. I have put my heart and my soul in to this creation, so I hope more than anything that you enjoy this tale of revenge and salvation.

Over to you now, my friends...

It looks great

I'm not going to complain about buying it i am just going to say i can't play it right now because i haven't got any money but i will say i already think it looks epic because i have played your previous ones which scared the living shit out of me and this one looks even better it looks more like a shoot em up as well with telekineis and other powers. I actually just played your first game today and i loved it i just checked this one out and realised you had to buy it and i actually thought "Wow this person must already be a famous game designer out of newgrounds" So because of all the great reviews and how i liked your previous games i am already going to give you a 10/10 and a 5/5 and i hope to be able to buy this as soon as i can :)

Oh my god...

Last time I checked games... cost money....And what is exmortis? I could easily see this on xbox live for the same price and selling well to people that had never heard of exmortis before. You see the only people that will actually moan are the fans, well most of them anyway. So get a job or don't buy it. Just don't talk to strangers on the internet about how you have been wronged.

Complete fan!

For all of you out there who call Ben a greedy bastard, you have to see it from his eyes. He has a vision, and in order to make it better, it isn't cheap at all, and I'm sure he devotes more time and effort to this than most of you devote to your everyday jobs. This is his artistic passion and dream, and if at any time he wants to start charging you for his work, more power to him. An artist has to start somewhere, but once they get where they need to be, they need to start asking for money to keep up the quality, otherwise you will see his work deteriorate. Good job, Ben, Keep up the good work.

Cheers buddy. For 4 years I worked on Exmortis 3 on-and-off. I ended up logging over 2000 hours of development time in the final year alone. As I have said many times previously, if it weren't for me being employed to develop the game commercially - there is no way in hell it could have been made without delivering a sub-standard product.

For those of you who purchased the game and/or stuck with me all this time - thank you for the support and for making it possible to deliver my vision.

For those of you who are disappointed or angered by the decision to make this a commercial title, I understand and I empathize with you. I hope you can understand why the series had to evolve in this manner.

But for those of you who hide behind anonymity and only seek to fuel the internet hate machine with pointless vitriol... I have no time for you. Enjoy your sad empty little lives.

this will be the future.

seriously, kids these days. I've been a fan of the exmortis series for a long time, and the price tag was a little a shock, I can't recall you saying anything about PAYING to play the full thing. I'll pay, but £20 is pushing it a little, especially in this recession.

Ben isn't a sellout you dumb kids, do you even know what the word means? this project has literally took YEARS to make, YEARS. he's sticking with his original values and he's trying to make a little money from the years of HARD WORK put into this game. even from the demo you can tell alot of work has gone into this game.

some of you need to live in the real world, honestly. the newgrounds age range is what, mainly 13-16 yr olds? I bet your parents PAY for everything you do, so how is money a problem to YOU? it isn't, you don't have a job, you aren't trying to make money, you aren't trying to live in the real world. don't cry how money is an issue for YOU, it isn't.

I'm actually more shocked at the so called 'fans' who stuck by his last two games and are now giving Ben the finger. you have the balls to say you're a fan and then call him a sell-out and other hurtful shit. some of you are just ungrateful children. do you know how hard it is to stick at a project for three long hard years? probably not. support the artists, not attack them.

overall, I loved the game. but I'm furious with the fucking idiots who filled the review section up.

you may not understand what the "this will be the future" is about. what I'm trying to say is that irritating ads in games don't pay for a living like most of you numb nuts think. MochiGames and other sites are now using this paying system, or just other artists who want to make some money. you're gonna have to get used to these pay2play or paying for certain benefits in game features. cause that's how indie devs. are gonna make their money. live with it.
