It looks awsome, but im a bit confused, what is the actual point? is it going to be added to? is it and addon to a photoshop style program? or is this just a demonstration?

Already been mentioned but...
the menus are in russian I think? Thats what someone else said. Its seems like a good gadget but i cant get it to work since i only know english and a little spanish. I'm a fan of these kinds of gadgets though so i rated a 8.
