SO HEY WHO WANTS TO WATCH A BUNCH OF RANDOM CHARACTERS PLAY DDR

I KNOW I SURE DO

This video says so much about me. Pretty much every fandom or character I've loved appears in this at some point or another. Which adds up to some EIGHTY CHARACTERS last I counted jesus christ. Almost all frame-by-frame again aaaaagh my eeeeeeyes why do I keep doing this to myself

I thought about having the background change color with each shift to a new character(s) but I tried it out and it seemed really distracting, probably since some characters only show up for a few seconds then vanish. I have a really short attention span, don't I. Well in some ways I guess. I might fiddle with that a bit later.

"But why are Liquid and Solidus alive if this has Old Snake in it" you might ask, to which I reply what is Snake doing playing DDR with a bunch of Pokemon and Silent Hill characters. ANSWER ME THAT

Edit - Uh, you guys ARE aware that the blonde person in green sweeping the guy with the glasses and grey hair off his feet at one point is a *woman*, right?

"Quite the epic flash. I can't stop watching it."

I love DDR. I guess it's the Asian in me. Lol. You made me practically fall in love with this song.
For the flash itself, everything was well synced and the style was cute and lighthearted. Although I didn't recognize nearly half of the characters (those that weren't OCs of yours), I still loved what you put down. The flash would have been more epic if you had more relative characters in the background, such as Cloud and the gang behind Cid and Vincent or Mario and Wario behind Luigi and the prince. All in all, the characters were very nicely chosen. I love Final Fantasy and Metal Gear Solid. I especially love The Road to El Dorado. Adding Miguel and Tulio was, what I think, your finest feat in this flash.
In the way that the characters acted, I noticed a lot of fan-ism in there. However, it's your flash and it practically expresses you, so it's not totally a bummer for the fan-ism; we are all fan-boys/fan-girls from time to time. I thought The Boss and The Sorrow was cute, and I think some people didn't realize that The Boss was a woman and The Sorrow was a man and, therefore, criticized some yaoi.
You did a great job putting a cast list to name and originate the characters that people probably would recognize; you were prepared for that.
If I had to be picky about one thing, it was Old Snake holding Otacon's hand. That bugged me for some reason.
It was really awesome to watch and witness all these characters dancing and having fun. Some people criticize that and I think that the not EVERYTHING the characters were doing was completely out of their original personality. It's just extremely fun and hilarious to watch these characters have an entertaining time trying out DDR and not have to worry about the plot of their actual story: worlds in danger, fights to be finished, evil to destroy, evil to create. They're not worrying about all that and are just having fun. It's really refreshing to see that when you watch this and brings at least a smirk or smile to your face. It's fun to see it with the Slasher films also. Everyone is just carefree and having a good time.
You did a great job with this one. I still can't stop watching it. ^^

"Pretty good, but..."

You know, I'm all for creative license and everything, but the usage of anime and/or videogame characters is so needlessly overused that it makes my face hurt. This flash wasn't too bad, but I think that it's popularity endures entirely on the basis of fanboyism.
Case in point, read the negative reviews and you'll see that a lot of the complaints revolve around people being offended that the characters weren't "properly" portrayed; caring about whether or not cartoon character A could dance/fight better than videogame character B is beyond me, but some people just get downright offended.
Anyways, this was relatively enjoyable; the animation, though quaint, worked rather well. Good job.
