Good...but eh
Played through for quite a while, and it just feels kinda blah. Like a lot of others, it was an odd transition from 'kill everyone' to 'save most.' Still, the biggest things I noticed were a few minor details. An entire state would be immune, then all of the sudden 200 people would get infected in a second, with no surrounding states infecting it. Also, 1 resilient person refusing to get the shot. I sat there for nearly an hour real time of sending the vaccine to Georgia, with 1 person still not becoming immune.
It was an alright game, just these little things definitely inhibited it becoming as much of a hit as the others...still, good effort.

Good game
It's kind of mean people keep rating this a 1 because the goal isn't to kill off the population. I finally won it by vaccination, but it was interesting to watch the slow flood of infections from the southern central states and the west spread across the nation. Barricading infected states by vaccinating all the states around them seemed to work well xD I ended up with a giant wall of states being given the vaccination down the center of the country and the East coast was barely touched, expect New Jersey seemed to not be able to decide whether it wanted to stay infected or not.
