Based on a real story from my home town. this works is pretty half hearted but that adds to the over-all ridiculousness of it. Unfortunately none of the voice talent is here on new grounds Ally (the brown haired spaz) was voiced by sushi-just-ask of deviant art though. Joshein is me.

cute
i watched all of ur vids just now and i think you've got some skill/talent and cute /clever plotlines. keep it up.
as for the voice acting, it is expensive but have you tried looking at newground's audio section? there are some very talented voice actors/actresses who do have the equipment. just pm them or go to their sites and ask if they would be interested in doing a collab/project with you. they all seem very nice.

Does anyone else know how much proper audio recording equipment costs (Line Mixer, Microphones, Audio Recording and mixing software)?

Cute, funny, good job!
Only gripe I had was with the voice sound quality... our lady in black didn't sound 100% close to the mic.
But the look, the voice acting, the timing with the sound effects, the general cartoon feel... spot on.
Great short.
