What a brilliant way to end an epic series. I don't know when or if epis 9 will ever be released but I (and thousands of other) will never stop hoping and dreaming for it. If it isn't then i'm sure that it can only be because your next series will be even better (if possible). So I wish you luck in all that you do, as long as that includes finishing this one day. Oh for those who haven't heard and are thinking "what is he on about" check Scoots profile for some really bad news.
