"Not a good title"
I don't believe that Naruto f*cked the little boy, although I guess he did fit the status of dancing more as told in the description as implied in the black letters shown before. I wasn't too fond of that music, it just didn't work well as a loop, although if there was anything good it would be that Naruto (the dancing one) had a funny drawn face.
