Something of a mix between Passage and Polkadot, Tanaka's Friendly Adventure is a charming little exploration game that involves gathering a group of friends to attend the titular character's birthday party celebration. There's no time limit to rush you into doing anything, and the adventure can be replayed as many times as you want. You can also visit your friends in a special section accessible via the main menu.

The game is designed by bento_smile (bentosmile.com).

No Point

I don't know why this is in the art games collection, it's boring after 10 seconds, so yeah you can always try to collect all the friends and read their descriptions but frankly there are better things to do on Newgrounds.

70/72 friends!

Alright, so yes it gets repetitive, BUT collecting all the friends can be a fun experience. The strange and occasionally funny descriptoins can be quite interesting if you know some things about pop culture and Japanese culture as well. Good work on the game guys!

Boring through the first run

This really gets lame if you play more than the first run. It seriously lacks interaction and fun. The art was cute though.
