If the above quote seemed extra harsh or a personal insult, then the meaning behind it is lost.
A Kingdom Hearts Flash, showing Riku's adventures up until the sealing of the Door of Light. I, like several others have noted, see great potentional in this.
However, not only does Riku not only doesn't have a conversation with Xehanort's Guardian at all, the Idea for the Raft to explore the worlds outside of the Destiney Islands came far before the night that it was besieged by the Heartless. Infact, that night was caused by Riku; his curosity for the unknown caused him to open the door within the Secret Place, giving the Heartless a chance at striking at the Heart of the Destiney Islands. Riku wouldn't have been battling the Heartless either, nor would he have appeared at the Stations of Awakening; his obsession with fleeing the islands and finding new worlds is what unknowingly tainted his heart, not simply choosing to be bad. Riku never even knew he was being manipulated by Maleicent and eventually Xehanort into being evil until far into the main game.
I honestly don't feel there is even enough to Riku's story line during the first game for a Flash to be made that has actual substance, not to mention that trying to chop it down into multiple episodes instead of making it a full length game would probably be even harder to do. But Far be it from me to stop you. My personal recommendation would be to learn more about the story, and see if you can't try it from a different point. Personally, I'd be all over 358/2 Days : Riku's Story, beginning from the point where Riku chooses the Way to Dawn and surpesses Xehanort and his Darkness in Castle of Oblivion (Chain of Memories), and ending with a Final Boss Fight against Roxas at the Memory Sky Scraper (just before Kingdom Hearts 2).
If you insist on doing the Kingdom Hearts 1 Flash, then good luck with that. Make sure all of your facts are straight over the story line, and again, (since there is actually very little Riku does in the main story) you are much better off making it one long game. Work on the Combat System a bit (since using Items to help you, Magical Spells, and In Game Tactical Abiliies were just as effective as Swinging around the Key Blade (or for this game the Soul Eater, which he actually recieves AFTER meeting Sora again at Twilight Town, which would leave him relatively defenseless against the Heartless, which wouldn't be fighting him anyway, since they are controled by Maleficent; these are just more details to the story which leave me very unbelieving over this Flash)), and maybe we'll see what happens to this game. Good luck.
