a school project i did the ver last scene was not finished as ull see in the vid, i was very tired n well i feel like submitting it now and ill update it when the very last bit is done it done enough for everyone to injoy anyways n i kinda think this ends funny

A very good idea, taking old black-and-white photographs and touching them up with color. The different coats of color on the Newgrounds preloader was an especially nice touch since it was not only appealing to look at but also corresponded to the overall theme of this submission.
I particularly like how we see snippets of the non-edited black-and-white photographs at the beginning and how well it synchronizes with the song rather than throwing some random photograph in there and coloring it. You also chose some nice photographs to color.
All really detailed, though I suspect that the clouds in one of those images was just a tinted traced bitmap but I won't expect anybody to actually trace through them manually, especially since that would be very tasking.
A lot of nice details such as the multi-colored fish in the beginning and the faded previous in-betweens of it. Speaking of details, that was some fantastic frame-by-frame work you did on the paper.
Too bad the song was heavily compressed and that there was such an abrupt ending to a good submission like this.

A sudden ending to a potentially great loop
This idea could be incorporated into so many ideas!
It's just a feat of great imagination to express more to a gray photograph.
I know someone who would really appreciate this work of art and might even attempt it in paintings.

Cool idea
I dont know if you are already but you should totally do another one of these, with a bit more effort put in.
That said I still dig it, I just want more :-)

Great Idea
I think i can only give a seven for this, Its a very creative idea but yuo could off done so much more and if it had a better ending it would of been a heck of alot better :P

It's okay
Not top on my list, but it seems you did a pretty good job. It looks like it took a lot of effort.
ya thats why it never was finished it was really late n i had to be up early to submit it so i had to hand it in like this but itll get done
