Two?
It seems as though the same people made submissions on the same day. I guess this was the one that had the explosions and action that you were talking about. I would have rated this higher if it was not so short and had more original things. I am well aware that Michael Bay makes things that explode and such, but it is getting a little overused. The clocks were a little crudely drawn and could be better. It is not something I would recommend, but is okay overall.

Solid
That pretty much sums up a Michael Bay movie with the explosions & whatnot,the animation could have been better but it still got the job done in the humor department and overall it was a solid contribution for Clock Day 2009.
