I liked the idea of the movie. Like, stop picking on me. Or thats atleast how i picked it up. You should tell us a little more about the music video, so you can understand it a bit better.
The animation COULD be better, it seemed rather short and kind of rushed.
More frames and more moves to the characters, and the tweens were used in wrong proportions.
All in all, i am just saying there should be more animation, then rather tweened.
There were randoms scenes, and i didnt quite catch them all, and who was that big scary black guy who keept chasing the little dude?
I didnt seem to "know" the movie itself, so as i said, more explanations.
