Hi. So, this is "Break it!", a music video for the Meat Loaf song, "If it ain't broke, break it!", on his "Bat out of Hell III" album.
This flash went unfinished for months. There were only 9 completed parts. Eventually, "Bill Gates" made a bunch of filler material (Code name for someone who asked not to be named), and Rasp made an extra part.
There is a portion that is only a loop. You can skip it, although it breaks the flow of the song.
