I had friends like that.
"Had" being the operable word. I got tired of their crap, so I moved out on my own. You see, they didn't realize I was living with them to save money, and that I actually had the ability and the luxury to move out and live on my own. They, on the other hand, had to live with roommates, because they were broke sods who worked dead-end jobs and didn't give a crap about anyone they lived with, hence running off all their roommates. Last I heard, they were eating ramen noodles and getting their internet shut off, which sucks for them since they were WoW addicts.
Personally, I think avokado should have taken a weedwhacker to leek. Nice art and animation, but sucks that the decent person gets it in the end. So the moral is "go ahead and be a dick to your friends, because you'll get what you want in the end and they'll get f'ed".

ii like it but i noticed something odd.
when Avocado had light bulb moments i heard a *Ding* that was familiar to Dei-Sama's sound effects in her cooking flash XD
