When Pigs Fly is a game about teaching yourself to fly. It's not easy! Those big, feathery wings will help you take to the air, but they're also delicate. Bump into the wall and feathers will fly! You'll have to steer through this trecherous cavern if you want to see the sky again.

The SPACEBAR, SHIFT or Z all work.
Use the LEFT and RIGHT arrows to steer while off the ground.
The M key mutes the game. The S key just turns off the squealing.
If you quit in the middle of the game your place will be saved! Don't worry.

When Pigs Fly is an Auntie Pixelante game!

Edmund McMillen really helped this game to take flight. And Tom Fulp was amazing enough to ensure it stayed there. Thanks!

Since this was a featured medals i was expecting something great but what kinda dissapointed

The retro pixely animation was good, it had a nice NES feel to it, but it was just too damn hard.

I think that a game should be "fun", which doesnt involve spending 5 minutes per screen and dying at least 20 times before you manage to squeeze through a narrow gap and fly away, only to do the same on the next screen, over and over again. This reminded me too much of the game "runes of shalak", which was brutal to play

I also dont appreciate beating the game yet earning the first medal since the game was/is "under judgement"

The medals don't work

I got the Better than Jill award only even though I completed it backwards and forwards, and I didn't even get that medal... Fun, but only for the medals. Not as fun when it tells you you aren't logged in even though you are.

Nice Game!

I enjoyed this game a lot, the only problem was that it got a little bit repetitive. Maybe add some enemies, moving platforms, or something. It was still really enjoyable. Thanks for a fun time!

it was good

it was overall a good game although it can be very frustrating at many points and it definitely will be a challenge to get some of those later medals. I managed to get the 12 min one on my first try

Too easy

This game is far too easy. I expect an update soon that will kill you for bumping your head, standing on solid ground, or pressing the space bar.

In short, while technically a good game, this is also possibly the most annoyingly frustrating game I've ever played. Near constant deaths (and I really do mean constant) that never felt like they were my fault, but the fault of the loose controls/character movement that has way too much momentum and loves to send your piggy into walls for an instant death. Combine this with sadistic level design that requires near pixel perfect movement to navigate and it's a real recipe for frustration. IMO something is wrong when every single screen is a checkpoint, and simple tasks like moving down a staircase become arduous.
