Helpful indeed.
The character, the story, all of it.
I don't know how you managed to see how really people allow themselves to lose the grasp of their lives, but what you showed us here can open one's eye to themselves in a way that it would take a entire life to realize. There are people who actually end up like that, it's really a shame.
This is very realistic and therefore very human.
I hope more people watch this.
