good, but not the best
the sprites look a little cut off and the music is kind of annoying. also when shadow wins, it looks a little bloody and when sonic wins, he just looks wierd...

As generic as your flashes are you are improving. Onto the review!
The sprite work is still choppy but I noticed a few more sprites and actions than your Mario and Luigi flash. Like some kicks, chaos powers, and spin dash attacks. Sonic and Shadow's sprites are a bit big too fit onto the background. Speaking fo the background, Instead of just cutting out parts of it, how about try making some sort of explosion or sound effect when it is destroyed?
Sound effects are still absent in your flash. And maybe instead of looping the same song over and over again you could add different tracks for each segment or another part of the battle. If you maybe added some sound effects for like explosions, contact from attacks, chaos powers, etc, the looping wouldn't seem as bad.
The Sonic series was never known for outstanding plot, even though the plot you made was generic. But, hey, it's one of your first flashes so I'll cut you some slack.
Overall, this is a below average, (but improvement) generic, brawl that offers some entertainment with choppy sprite work.

You're not going to get far with no sound effects or plot. A good grasp of physics would work, too. (Sonic can't fly, ya know.) And why are they both apparently made out of Microsoft Paint Eraser Tool?
