Some nice animation would have worked better. Improve ur characters and background; also change up the voice for colonel.

I can see this surviving but be aware of Turd possiblities. hopefully that wont happen tho.

i like his fce after he goes metal gear! but it needs more effort like better graphics a little more work on the sound but other then those its ok

Well I will give you some 'constructive criticism' :). Okeedokee, so first off, there was not much animation, a few lipsync parts, and some tweens, but you know where I am going. If you added more movement to it, there would be less jackasses commenting smack about it. Your characters were very bland, they could almost be related to a stickman with dimension. Try using shading, or more symbols, or FBF or something, to help make your characters look more alive. Also, the context of the flash itself is quite poor, but a good effort. You would really need to make it longer, and have more jokes, and gags. Otherwise, a gave you a 5 for a quality attempt at a flash project, and I am guessing that you put a lot of work into this, so I'm not going to be a jerk. Let me know if you've made any improvements.

wasn't good at all. bad animation, wasn't that funny. maybe next time try spending a little more time on your project. don't let it stop you though. keep getting better.
