I'll give you 1 star for the music, but the animation was pretty bad.
Like animation is everything in a flash. See, that's the problem with you newgrounders. Always wanting great animations for every movie you see. GOD! try looking deep in the flash and understand the music value and how that relates to the clown having fun.
