Your flash skills and sprite work are impressive. The one does resemble naruto. and it flows well

As much as I love sprite work, I often notice the fighting versions often lack a reasonable excuse for why they are fighting. Plus, this seems more stroking the ego. This seems a mix of two animes really and that rarely comes off well. At least His foe was an original one instead of a boring Sasuke sprite. Its just still disappointing to see this is just another naruto gets defeated in favor of a more liked character even if its an original one.

It was alright, not a bad fight scene. But I do agree that that really wasn't Naruto.. barely any resembalence. The effects were all pretty well done.... until the Dragon Ball "Kamehameha" which looked utterly terrible in comparison (<- keyword). It wasn't really bad, just not even close to the past effects. I'd have found one from a old nintentdo game just to keep it with what you already did. Music was good (no reference to the artist though? Maybe you made it, not sure, just asking.) and fit the scene well. Overall it wasn't that bad, but really couldn't be better. So 7/10 for justice.

The intro was a little longer than needed. However, the rest wasn't so bad.

The fight was a bit typical and the Naruto design didn't look like anything like the original designs. Despite that, I find it to be a bit enjoyable. I think that some things can be done to make this more enjoyable. Sound FX, maybe some voice work, could make each hit and the powerups actually seam like collisions and energy building. Some inbetween animations would work as well, such as with the slow down energy punch towards the end. The inbetween frames can easily be put together in anything, seeing how it is pixeled sprites. Another option could've been to seperate the arm from the rest of the sprite and use motion tweens to rotate the arm, and maybe even the palm/fist.

The good thing to this is that there are some nice visual effects and the action maintained a pretty decent pace. The energy palm, despite needing more animation frames or motion tweens, did have a nice effect to it. The lacking animation did make it less enjoyable than it could have been.

I am thankful that you didn't realie on the annoyingly stupid side of this type of Flash animating. There was no spastic screaming, no overly crude humor (especially thanks for no Sexy Jutsu moments), no meme abuse I noticed (I am bored of over 9000 jokes), and the "moves to fast to be seen" moments were very short. Because you did not relie on those overused elements, I voted higher than I would have.

Aside from little things, it isn't so bad. I have no feelings either way towards Maple Story and Naruto, so it won't make me think any less or more of this Flash. I do enjoy this to an extent and think that little things like smoother animations and additional sounds would've made this a top grade animation worth watching for anyone.
