First off let me say I hate Hentai and I'm only reviewing this submission because the owner is a friend. I know this is a beginner flash and I say good job on doing a decent job! I would have never been able to do this my first time around and still don't know how to make a quiz game.
~ Animation/Graphics ~
All of the buttons worked, but it wasn't very easy on the eyes. Just a plain white background and plain text, with very simple buttons. What actually makes these quizzes pretty good is actually putting in some small animation somehow or somewhere. Just little things on the menu or on the final frame such as small animations, lights, etc.. Just something real small.
The background is something that should have been improved in this submission. The simple white background wasn't the best of choice in my opinion. Something could have been used to the effect of a simple background being used such as a different color or just a picture. If a picture is used though it should be pretty simple so the person doesn't get distracted from it.
The buttons were just kind of plain and simple too. I recommend fixing those to look more fun or professional. Go in either direction that you would like, but follow the theme. Some buttons were lined up in different spots too making it weird.
The font used could have also been better in my opinion. The overall feel from the visuals on this submission was that it was too simple, very amateur, and almost rushed like you just wanted to get your first flash out there on the portal. Sometimes first flashes should have more time taken on them.
~ Story/Content ~
I thought some questions were hard, but most were rather easy. Perhaps going for the more easy questions first and then slowly working your way up to hard is the best idea here.
For the most part we can tell that Trevor wrote the questions. Very fan boyish and just very odd all together. Something you would expect to see from someone who's just not all together in his head. ;)
The pictures... I guess were ok? I fucking hate Hentai stuff, but I made an exception to watch and review it for you. I just don't see what the point is in fapping to cartoon stuff. O.O Anyway, the picture of the guy... and the penis... I'll never watch/play another one of your quizzes with one of those on it. Perhaps a small description of what we are going to see before we actually see it and the option to skip if we wanted would be nice.
I also think that you should had to have start all over at the beginning if you got an answer wrong. Something you need to find out how to script better if you continue your flash experience. Probably making the submission a bit longer and learning how to do checkpoints would work wonders too.
Maybe on the menu have a little teaser of a non-nude Hentai girl so these freaks can get all warmed up and excited for your game. Also, at the end of the submission you can have a replay button so they don't have to X out the game just to play it again. Think about adding ads to because you know you'll get a lot of views out of this stuff.
~ Audio ~
The song that you picked was alright, but it just didn't work right. I think you have it figured out for next time, but please make sure it works good before submitting it. Also, try to figure out how to get a Mute button on there just in case people don't actually like to listen to music while they take the quiz. On top of that make it so the mute button can also unmute the music so they can play it if they change their mind.
~ Overall ~
Not bad for a first so I gave you a couple of bonus points in my rating. Perhaps you could even add something like a gallery so at the end of the quiz they can see what they were awarded. Like they have to unlock them all before they are able to see them.
Keep working. Please no penorz in the future. Hopefully you get better. (RRC just in case you request it)

Well if you want I can walk you how to do a quiz game, just looked at flash tutorials and picked up on it very fast, all pics should be resized in photoshop though. =[
It was a first but I can see where you you are trying to have me go with this, this was a first time so I know I could defientialy improved on this by a lot, thanks for great motivation btw.
Uea, I did teh questions, I allowed him to do just one for fun and he did the icon as well just for kicks, also I like torturing little kids by making them answer things like that, lol. Yea, I should still put in a random pic in the future to hopefully ween and get them to stop looking at hentai. >_>
I already know how to do a mute button, just decided not to do so. =/
I shall defiantly add a gallery if I do another hentai game. lol
Naw, probably won't request, younger ones under 16 probably don't need t osee this anyways, but this is NG..
