Yes and no
I found the technical aspects were great, and even your contribution to the anal penetration/extreme violence sub-genre is unique. However, I find fault with the obsession with anal penetration and homosexuality, particularly in the extremely normative environment that the internet has become (white, male, adolescent, heterosexual, homophobic, etc.). It seems many animators here on NG feel the need to exorcise something through the over-articulation of what they (or their audience) find most objectionable (or desirable). Maybe I don't give Newgrounders enough credit and there are some who aren't still living in the dark ages of bourgeois heteronormative America. Either way, I find the consistent fascination with homoerotic imagery and gore porn on NG says something about the undercurrent of desires that floats animations like this one all the way to the front page. So call my one-star objection ideological but I'd like to see something more in the way of a declaration from the author, a definitive stake in the flow of ideas, although I know that may seem a bit demanding.

...
so many years of roaming the internet, with tubgirl, 2 girls 1 cup, 1 guy 1 cup, guro anime, live decapitations and whatnot, has made me seemingly immune to any "explicit" imagery, but this cartoon actually put me off... I guess its a compliment in a way, but you buddy, are a truly disturbed individual...

Excellent tribute to the cartoons of yesteryear!
Loved the classic Tom & Jerry intro and the animation is superb. Loved the way you simulated such great cinematography, for example, when the yellow bear takes his first swing.
And the close up of the bear showing more detail in the fur, just great. Reminds me of good ol' Ren & Stimpy.
