***UPDATE***
Some people weren't understanding what to do, so we appended the help section to make more sense.

Use X and C in time to advance the Runner. Hitting X and C in proper time will net you points. Hint: Time the button presses with the sneaker squeaks. Hit Up to jump over obstacles. You can hold Up to jump longer.

Back of the box stuff:

Could you add a left handed option that reverses the x and c buttons?

Thank you.

"Retro? DAMN YOU RETRO!"

The good news is that this game certainly succeeds at being a good old retro style game. The bad news is this game succeeds at being a good old retro style game :P Yeah its good for what it attempts to be. I nostalgia goggle for a minute or two, admire the backgrounds movement, get hit by a few trucks, and then I'm done. I won't fault you for succeeding in what you set out to do, but dammit its called progress for a reason. Forgive me if that sounded harsh. The only thing to I'd like to see added is if you changed the game over message based on score. Or change it every fifty points, if you already have it in there and I'm just too much of an epic failure to reach the first change :P Would have added a little something extra to me.

"Challenging"

Some may say that the retro feel of this game is outdated, but i say no! Sometimes its good to get back to basics with a generally hard, honest, no tricks game. Great job. Oh yeah, and its really cool too :D.

"Back to the olden days"

I like the retro feel of the game, but i was confused about two things. How do you get points? I assumed it was by jumping over the obstacles, but it only gave me points sometimes. Also, I sometimes stopped running. Perhaps its because i couldn't keep the rhythm , but i'm just letting you know :D
