This was OK for a sprite animation and all but the plot is to... finicky I guess is what I should say. Not a whole lot makes sense. It kinda feels like your not really try to incorporate the attitudes of the characters into the type of characters you want. What I mean is keep the characters main mannerisms but make them your own at the same time instead of putting those characters in the rolls of somebody they aren't. Plus, you need to make your plot line clearer. Why is Yoshi there in the first place?
Besides this, I noticed some skips in your animation from time to time. This is not so much a critique but just letting you know. Another thing is if your going to use a button to help people go through the text portions you need to keep the button in a constant spot instead of all over the place. Not to mention you need to work on your buttons as far as the clicking point for the mouse. I mean, if anything make it so the viewer has to hit spacebar or something to scroll through. Make the text more audience friendly.
I hope I'm not being TOO critical but I figured you deserved a well written and opinionated review. Overall, I think this is sorta neat but if you work on those points I think it would make it a little better and viewer friendly.
