I think youi have the potential to make a good flash once you get down some finer points of animation and voice overs. Your style of humor is reminiscent of slapstick violence and sudden plot twists, I look forward to see your work in a couple years, keep going! Even shit like Metalocalypse started out like this!

the first thing that annoy me here is the looping end. Make it stop on the last frame with a the end or something. You could add the casual replay button if you know how to.

I give you credit for the 'betterthanastick' drawing. No one is really good at drawing in the beggening. Every new animator want to send their work quick hopping to see it past the judgement but you would have a better result by spending more time on the drawing.

Your lip sinc need some workover but nice try.

And I agree that adding proper voice ain't an easy task. Just one warning, beware of file size, voice set and music often need a lot of optimisation.
