It was way too fucking short, and not funny at all, cock jokes aren't funny any more, there are too many of them on Newgrounds already.
Seems like a quick way to earn a quick buck, what with the ad in the beginning. Get it longer, drop the dick joke, and give it a plot.
this was pretty awful if i have to be honest. i totally agree with MrQnix its just not good atall. and knowone likes a cock joke like that.
This flash is 10 seconds long. It starts with a madness guy shooting a gun, with the audio being off, then he walks off screen poorly animated. The movie glitches then goes to the next scene where its a madness guy bobbing his head up and down, AMAZING! Finally it's a generic madness guy with a big black dick. HA HA HA HA FUNNY!
No! This is such a horrible animation and it sickens me to know it passed judgment. This movie has no good qualities to it, other then the music which you didn't make, and the graphics which doesn't say much since it's madness. Please make your future animations have actual animation in them, a story, and at least 30 seconds long.

That was total and utter crap in all respects, it needs a background story, it needs better animation, needs to be longer, needs less cock, and it needs a setting for sure, until then, it was poorly made and obviously no effort at all was put in, and you get nothing from me other than this review.

You cut the first guys head out from a drawing, which didn't fit the style of rest of the character. He shot and moved on, in his own strange way.
The second guy did NOTHING, except headbanging...
The third guy was moving more... but what the hell... why?
If this is madness, where is the violence? Just 1 shot from a gun isn't enough man.
People like you give the word "owned" a different meaning. And I don't like that at all!
