"Great but...."

date: October 26, 2009

ok, first of all, this was awesome, Don't know wether that's because it was actually great or it's just that it's an awesome genre, but yeah it was great.

But.... there really wasn't much variety. Only 3 unit types? Seriously! That really needs more. Also I think it could do with more turret types, and more turret slots. also disable nukes, otherwise what's the point in spending £30,000 worth of destroyers and £8,000 worth of troops to try and wipe out the enemy if they can just nuke you and they're all dead? Luckily the AI does not use them.

Also needs more missions. correct me if I'm wrong, but was there only 1 mission in the whole thing? Yes, there were 3 difficulties, but only 1 mission. Add more!

other than those, this was awesome and I hope to see a sequal.

"pretty good"

date: July 6, 2009

averages out at an above-average game, although it gets my 8 *4* because of the reasons posted below... it's really not hard.... at all.. the turrets are actually taking care of the game as I type this. it seems like a 2nd or 3rd attempt at making a *good* game, not bad, gets my props, but could be improved. enough of my rambling, go play the damn game!

"Mayhem minus the Strategy and gameplay, skill etc"

date: July 3, 2009

So I thought the game would be good, but any animal with the ability to press a mouse button could beat the game on hard. How to the beat the game with out skill(thus no fun) buy the 2 side turret right away. DON'T BUY any troops yet. Let the enemy attack the turret will easily kill them while you rack up the the big bucks. Have a sandwich while your at it the game does all the work. Then when you have enough money,( I waited for $100,000 just to turn enemy bass to rubble quickly) Now buy all tanks and destroyers and wait a few minutes and then you won. Ok sorry for being hard but what I said is true. The game take no skill to beat. It adds nothing new to the defense game genre. You could turn it into something nice but you didn't, try again.

There comes a point, where the armies get so stupidly big - say, $30000 worth of soldiers, the game just becomes unplayable due to lag.

Other then that, reasonably good, brings nothing new to the table though.

"good start"

not a bad start but work it out further. There are a lot of stupid mistakes.
What's the point of a larger range if you can't hit enemies when they move?
a destroyer will shoot at soldiers without hitting them for 5 times before the soldier stops and shoots at the destroyer.
